FAQ
A person who can edit in a workspace. Seats are counted per workspace, and the owner uses one. People who only view or comment never use a seat, on any plan.
More editors. Free includes one editor seat per workspace, so it's complete for solo use. Pro lets you add as many editor seats as your team needs, and lifts the 100-map limit.
Added seats are charged right away, prorated for the rest of your billing period. Removing seats takes effect right away and isn't credited for the rest of the period; your next renewal is billed for the new count. You can't go below the number of people who can edit — make some of them viewers first.
Cancel any time from your workspace's Billing page — Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace returns to Free and keeps all its content. Free has one editor seat, so one owner you choose keeps editing and everyone else becomes a viewer. Any payment can be refunded within 14 days. See the refund policy.
Prices are in US dollars. Depending on your country, sales tax, VAT or GST is either included in the price you see at checkout or added to it. Local-currency prices are shown at checkout where available.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, invoices, tax and refunds.
